Dr Doug Medvetz is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the laboratory of Professor Elizabeth Henske at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. Dr Medvetz completed his PhD in medicinal inorganic chemistry and joined the Henske lab in 2008; he has been investigating the biology of LAM, TSC and BHD. Dr Medvetz is currently working to elucidate the function and protein interactions of Folliculin in order to develop avenues for potential therapies.
