The BHD Database has been updated with a new research article. The study by Maffe et al reports on clinical and molecular investigations performed in a series of unrelated families that were initially identified  based on the presence of lung and/or kidney manifestations of BHDS, the majority having fulfilled suspicion criteria proposed by the European BHD Consortium.
