To reflect new research in the BHD field the BHD Database has been updated.

The article is published in the latest edition of Molecular Cancer and is entitled ‘Tumor suppressor FLCN inhibits tumourigenesis of a FLCN-null renal cancer cell line and regulates expression of key molecules in TGF-beta signaling’. In this study the authors examine the tumour suppressing function of FLCN using a combination in vivo and in vitro techniques and determine that  FLCN has an essential role TGF-beta signaling.
