Two clinical articles have been added to the BHD Literature Database, both published in the Belgian Journal of Radiology. Schreuer et al described a case of a 24-year-old male who presented with retrosternal pain; upon CT scan he was found to have a renal tumour. The patient’s history of pneumothorax suggested BHD syndrome, which was confirmed by genetic testing.

D’Hauwe et al commented on the above case study to review how recognition of hereditary renal cell carcinoma syndromes by radiography.
