The BHD Literature Database has been updated with a report by Alonso-González et al. of a 64-year-old woman presenting with fibrofolliculomas localised to the right side of the neck. Renal and hepatic cysts were the only subsequent findings. She was diagnosed with BHD syndrome after the authors identified a novel FLCN mutation, which the authors suggest was responsible for the localised presentation of fibrofolliculomas.
