The BHD Literature Database has been updated with a review of 4 cases by Shvartsbeyn et al.

These 4 patients presented with multiple facial lesions, including perifollicular fibromas. Shvartsbeyn et al. recommended that perifollicular fibromas should be considered on a spectrum with trichdiscomas and fibrofolliculomas, and a possible indication of BHD syndrome.
