The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) has released a notice of intent to publish a funding call for the Rare Diseases Clinical Research Consortia. The call will take place in Autumn/Fall 2013 and is open to both current members of the consortia and to new applicants.

The research programme will faciliate collaborative clinical research projects that study a minimum of three rare diseases and aim to develop new approaches to the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of those rare diseases.
