The BHD Literature Database has been updated with a study by Park et al. The authors found that mice with a mutation in FNIP1 showed arrested B cell development at the pre-B cell stage. From further investigation with FNIP1-null cells, the authors suggested that FNIP1 is essential in B cell development and metabolic regulation.
