PREDIR is a French network of centres of expertise established for patients with rare kidney cancer syndromes as well as those requiring specialised care. It is composed of 25 regional centres of expertise. The national centre is based in Paris.

PREDIR is one of 17 French national centres of expertise recognised by the Institut National du Cancer (National Cancer Institute).
